How can I add a coffee or chocolate flavor to my Brewsy?Updated 21 days ago
Chocolatey and coffee flavors can go great with mead or red wine. Some great juices that compliment these flavors nicely are cherry, pomegranate, and red grape!
To add a chocolatey feel to your wine, dissolve cacao powder in hot water. Let cool, and then add to your wine to taste. Add the cacao powder at any point during cold-crashing.
If you have cacao nibs, you can also add whole nibs to your wine during cold-crashing. Keep them in for 3 to 4 days, and then remove them.
To add a coffee flavor to your wine, pick out your favorite cold brew. Then, add it to your wine to taste during cold-crashing.
